Besides the normal stuff, there is much to becoming healthy; it goes way past just eating and exercising.  Going to the supermarket and purchasing vegetables can be convenient, but ultimately have a less satisfying taste.  Getting off of a routine is the number one issue that makes exercising difficult, so preparing for that is essential to keep things moving.  These points and more are why there are numerous overweight Americans and even more people simply not content with their physical state of being.

Although diets may reduce weight quickly while being healthy, the pros are quickly gone once the person comes off the diet and goes to eating regularly.
